Handover Interior Design Service Options

Moodboard

If you choose this I will draft up a moodboard showing the concept of what you want to achieve in the space. Moodboards can vary depending on the project and what the client wants but I can put together a moodboard showing inspiration images for the space, some possible furniture items and a possible colour scheme.

Paint Selection

For this service I will work with you to choose a paint colour/colours that both suits your personal style and what you want for the room while also taking into account natural lighting and other factors which can dictate colour selection. I will show you different paint options and paint swatches in the space and once you have decided on a paint colour for the walls you can work from there knowing what to get for you room.

Floor Plans & Elevations

The plans  and elevations I provide are technical drawings which show dimensions and all information you will need to put the design in place. You can pass these drawings on to the trades people you may use depending on your project. These drawings can include furniture layout, lighting, sockets and switches and plumbing.

Furniture & Lighting

This includes the sourcing of all furniture items including large furniture pieces, lighting, soft furnishings and décor if needed for your space. In the final design proposal I will include all information on where to purchase these items along with prices and any additional information such as measurements, colours etc.

Material selection

This includes sourcing of all materials for your floors including timber flooring, tiles, carpets, vinyl etc. I can also source off the shelf wallpapers and wood panelling and tiles for your walls as well as countertops for kitchens and bathrooms.

3D Renders/Video Walkthroughs

3D views typically are used for clients if you have trouble visualising what the design proposal is and want to have a clearer understanding of the design. I can provide these for you to give you an idea of what the room could look like so that when you are implementing the design you know what to do.
